Low Vision Clinics
Serves people who have severely limited but stable vision that can be maximized through the use of special visual aids. The Lighthouse low vision team includes board-certified optometrists, an ophthalmologist, and an intake social worker. As a team, they examine patients, prescribe special lenses and visual aids and train patients in the proper use of their aids. These assistive devices may help persons to better perform personal and job-related tasks.
