Adult Living Skills Program
Teaches adults who are developmentally disabled and visually impaired basic living skills including personal care, orientation and mobility, functional academics, music, arts and crafts and community awareness. The goal is to maximize an individual's personal independence and to prevent unnecessary institutionalization.

Deaf-Blind Program
Integrates students who are both visually and hearing impaired into general programs at The Lighthouse, while providing specialized support services, particularly communication skills training, geared to dual disabilities.

Work Activities Center
Allows adults who are visually impaired and multi-disabled to participate in paid production activities of Chicago Lighthouse Industries by designing work settings to meet their skill and production levels. Individuals also participate in therapeutic and social activities that contribute to personal development and independence.

Assists people who are blind or visually impaired in improving independent travel skills related to personal and vocational needs.
