ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Development Office): We are seeking a pleasant and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our Director of Development and, as appropriate, other members of the Financial Development team. Major responsibilities will utilize excellent interpersonal skills and professional customer service practices to provide timely and accurate acknowledgement and recording of gifts, accurate changes to the donor database, and follow-up contact with donors. High school degree (or equivalent) required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word; knowledge of Excel and Raiser’s Edge database applications a plus. Salary mid to high 20’s, competitive benefits.
